Crete 2008 - Picture Exchange 
Hello everyone First of all I wanted to thank you for the wonderful vacation spent together
:-) I have already sent an email with an excel with all the contacts collected ...
hours I will give you instructions on how to exchange photos ...
I thought the best way is to use a free internet service that allows you to upload large files.
The service lets you upload files up to 500 Mb in size ... if all of your photos weigh more will need to upload them in 2 or more times.
It 'quite simple, however below you will find step by step instructions to upload and download them for that.
---- HOW TO LOAD THE PICTURES ----- 1 - download the pictures on your computer and insert them in a folder renamed foto_vostro_nome "
2 - compress the folder (then create a single file that will be called "foto_vostro_nome.zip"
3 - open your browser (Explorer or Firefox) and go at
"http://www.fileshost.com/" 4 - click on "Choose document" as shown below (click to enlarge)
5 - after choosing the. zip file you created earlier, click on "accept the terms of service" and click the Upload button as shown
6 - now there will be a bit 'to wait ... for me that there were about 300 mb of put us about 50 minutes ... depends greatly on your connection. Then go to drink a well Cubin in the meantime :-)
7 - Once the upload will appear in an address where you can download your photos.
then I suggest you copy the address (shown in picture) and send it by mail (pierpaolo.macchi @ gmail.com) ... I will provide to insert in the bottom of this page. Alternatively you can paste that address in the comments to this page, you find below.
--------- AS DOWNLOAD THE PICTURES -------- the end of this page you will find (I hope) the various addresses where to download the photos of us all. this too is quite simple ...
1 - copy the address you want and paste it in a new window in your browser.
2 - the page that you will need to enter, as shown in the figure, the number indicated, and then click "submit"
3 - now see a page where you have to wait about 10 seconds ...
4 - After 10 seconds the button turns into the standby button "Download ".,.. Just click to start the download of your new photos!
The service is objectively a bit 'slow ... But it's free, so I would say that there is complaining.
If you did not start because some of us are downloading the photos at that time, then I suggest you try again later. The pictures will be automatically deleted after 15 days that no one will make a download ... I would say that we have all the time.
